is led by a dedicated team whose focus is and always will be you. Our salon has spent over five decades curating an experience that is welcoming, relaxing, and transformative. There is a reason many of our stylists have made Paul Mammola Salon their home for over ten years - we have an incredibly strong and passionate team.

Each of our stylists have dedicated their careers to providing you with the best hair appointment possible, no matter the style.

Paul opened his namesake salon in 1970 and has spent his career mentoring new generations of hair artists both inside the salon and globally as an educator with Paul Mitchell. (shown right)

We are located in the heart of downtown Lexington on historic Massachusetts Avenue. We are proud to be located in such a prominent city and to call such an outstanding community our home.

Policies

  • We require up to 48 hours notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment. Cancellations and no-shows leave gaps in our schedule: with minimal notice, that prevent us from accommodating other guests.

    Due to this policy, a credit card is required to schedule an appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment time will be charged 50% to compensate our stylists. No-shows will be charged a 100% fee for any missed service.

  • Please arrive to your appointment prior to your scheduled start time. If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. While we will always do our best to accommodate you, we reserve the right to reschedule anyone that arrives 10 minutes beyond their appointment time.

  • Forms of payment we accept are cash, credit cards, and checks. Please note that gratuity is cash only: we cannot provide cash-back, venmos, etc. Please plan to bring cash with you for gratuities.

    Pricing listed on our site is the starting price for each service. Different stylists have different pricing to reflect their education and expertise. Pricing may also vary depending on the length or thickness of your hair.

  • The health and safety of all of our guests and staff are our highest priority. We request that anyone exhibiting symptoms of illness, have been in contact with anyone with COVID-19, or are waiting on COVID-19 test results reschedule their appointment. We reserve the right to turn away any guest that arrives exhibiting symptoms.

  • We take pride in our work so above all else we want you to love the way you look and feel after your services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your hair or your service allow us to make the proper adjustments. Please contact the salon within 14 days of your service. After 14 days a complimentary adjustment will not be considered, and additional service / product fees may result. Any retail products can be exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date. We do not provide refunds on services or products.

  • We are unable to stack coupons/discounts. Discounts only apply to one single service.
